Strengthen your pipeline through apprenticeship

We support aspiring educators already serving in roles such as paraprofessionals, teacher aides, and associate teachers, and we also refer new candidates to fill these positions as part of a structured apprenticeship model. This approach builds instructional readiness before candidates assume full classroom responsibilities, helping districts grow their own teachers from within while strengthening workforce stability.

Retain and Elevate Your Existing Talent

We help districts retain promising educators who are already in the classroom but have not yet completed certification. Through a flexible, high-accountability pathway, we ensure these teachers grow into confident, effective, and fully certified professionals. Our program provides the structure and support needed to reduce turnover, build instructional quality, and increase teacher impact over time.

Develop Strong Teachers Through a Two-Year Support Model

Our certification pathway is designed to support districts while building long-term teacher capacity. Over two school years, candidates complete coursework, licensure exams, and clinical teaching requirements. Many serve as teachers of record from day one. Throughout the program, candidates receive targeted coaching, ongoing mentorship, and high-quality training aligned to state standards and district priorities. This extended model ensures that candidates not only meet certification requirements but also master the instructional skills needed to lead highly effective and highly engaged classrooms, while providing immediate value to your school community.

Prepare Teachers in High-Need Certification Areas

We certify teachers in EC–6 Core Subjects and in secondary content areas including Mathematics, Science, Social Studies, and English Language Arts for grades 7–12. Our preparation model responds directly to district staffing challenges by focusing on subject areas where high-quality, certified teachers are most urgently needed.
